"I like short stories and children's stories the most due to length of time involved in completing the project but most of all I like the way the children smile when they read or hear my stories."
Cecil's Philosophy:
"I am many things but the one I like most is a writer. As a writer I can be anything I want. I am unlimited. I hope that others enjoy reading my stories as much as I enjoy writing them. Imagination is infinite. Dare to imagine and your life will expand by leaps and bounds..."
